The Traveler by Mitch Miller Print Only

Over a four-hour period I searched for a foreground I could connect to the night sky. I knew the galactic center of the Milky Way would appear later that night beside this creature's face in the rock, and it would peer into the stars. I shot sunset light on the rock, then the camera and tripod remained in place all night while I intermittently slept in my tent. At 3:30 a.m. I captured the night sky using a camera setting for high light sensitivity. Later, blending the two exposures in software, the 'creature' appears to look for a portal in time to return to its place in history. The print prices are for the print only, on beautiful Fuji Pearl paper. They are digitally signed and include a 1/4”-wide white border so that when matted and framed by the buyer, no part of the image is hidden.
